How to enter

1. Promotion only open to UK residents, except employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, its' associated agents or anyone else who is connected with the creation and administration of this promotion.

2. By participating in this promotion entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these Rules and any other requirements set out in the entry instructions and to be bound by them. The Promoter reserves the right to reject as invalid any entry which it believes not to be bona fide or in compliance with these Rules.

3. Phase (2) - "Colin's Colourful Creepy Crawlies"
Prizes will be offered on a monthly basis. The draw will take place on the last day of each month and the winner will be notified within 7 days.

4. The winner will be drawn from the entrants who are featured as the top ten highest scores within the high score table. In the event of two or more entries being identical, the first highest score registered will be deemed to be the winner; however the winner will be drawn at random.

5. Only one prize of a FinePix Z20fd digital camera can be won by any one individual.

6. Each month the prize winner will win a Finepix Z20fd Digital Camera. Further details of the prize will be provided to the winners at the time of notification.

7. Each winner will be informed by email within 7 days of the last day of the month.

8. The close date for "Colin's Colourful Creepy Crawlies" is 30th November 2008. Subject to popular demand the promotion may be extended at the discretion of the Promoter, otherwise, any entry received after that date will not be considered.

General

9. The prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to deem invalid any entry, which is damaged, defaced, illegible or incomplete. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, mislaid, late, stolen or misdirected entries or for failed partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic, or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, or for any service provider, Internet, website, or net accessibility or availability, or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human error.

11. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other persons' computer related to or resulting from participating in this promotion or downloading materials from or use of the website, regardless of whether the material was prepared by the Promoter or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to the Promoter's website by a hypertext link.

12. All decisions of the panel of judges will be final and binding on the entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. Winners may be requested to take part in some post event publicity.

14. Data Protection Notice: The Promoter will be collecting and processing your personal data for the administration of the promotion and may wish to send you further information about its products. If you do not wish to receive marketing information please advise us in writing.
